Our client , a leading Retail International company , is looking for Country Manager to be based in Dubai – UAE and reports to CEO

Job Summary :

Managing the process of events and product delivery from the lead initiation, requirements identification and contract closure, to the management of addressing the clients’ needs within a country and ensuring that all aspects and requirements are being addressed properly in a manner that would reflect the values and image of the company.

Duties and responsibilities :

1. Managing the process of initiating leads with potential clients and overseeing the process of proposing and negotiations through closure within the country
2. Managing the relations with clients and potential clients through attending meetings and managing the prospects as well as existing clients.
3. Following-up the preparation and review of technical and financial proposals according to the priorities of delivery and the commitment of delivering on time, and managing the team accordingly.
4. Discussing technical and financial offers with clients and negotiating the contract's terms, and communicating with clients to follow-up on the offers presented to them, including client visits and calls.
5. Providing the necessary corporate governance within the country and adhering to all tax and local authority regulations and compliance
6. Overseeing the activities of the managers within the country and the associated team in a manner that would ensure meeting the requirements in a timely manner and that all milestones are properly met.
7. Providing the necessary support in commercial and contractual issues with clients
8. Acting as an advocate for the company corporate values
9. Communicating and coordinating with group managers in all job related matters

Requirements :

1. A minimum of fifteen years’ experience in a related field, among which at least five years in a managerial position
2. B.Sc. in Business Administration or a related field
