Our Client , a leading Bank in Jordan , is looking for Head of Market & Operational Risk 

Reporting to AGM – Risk and Compliance 

• Only Jordanian Candidates to apply .
• 10 - 15 years of experience in risk including Market Risk, Operational Risk, Information Security as he will be responsible for these three main units :

(A) Market Risk :-  Having      knowledge and calculation of the :-

• CAR Capital Adequacy Rate
• ICAAP internal capital Adequacy      Assessment Process.
• The regulation of Basel
• LCR (Liquidity coverage Ratio)
• VAR (value at Risk ) .
• Stress testing

(B) Information Security : 

having knowledge and experience in the following topics :-

• BCP (business continuity plan )      , preparing BIA, DR, and evacuation plan …etc.
• Cyber security program and      Regulation.
• Regulation of COBIT and GDPR.

(C) Operational Risk : 

• Preparing Risk Profile according to the function and Process
• KRI ( Key Risk Indicator).
• Incidents Report.
• Background in statistics (a person with risk and statistics background )
• Operation experience and IT  Security is prefer.
• Experience in managing and  leading teams.
• Excellent in English language  (speaking, writing, Reading).
