Our client , a leading FMCG Company (mainly food FMCG ) based in Jeddah and covering the whole Saudi Market  , is looking for National Sales Manager to be based in Jeddah – KSA

• Only Arab Speaking Candidates to apply for this post (Arab Nationals ).
• Excellent minimum experience in this position of 5 years with proven track records.
• Managing sales teams including regional mangers area managers, key account managers, sales supervisors, salesmen and merchandisers across a wide geographical area.
• Ability to build, develop and maintain strong relationships with customers across a wide geographical area.
• Excellent ability to manage trading conditions (annual negotiations, business reviews), and budgets.
• Proven experience in preparing and managing sales budgets and targets per area and salesmen.
• Must be able to create and maintain an effective coverage routing plan for market and develop efficient productivity per resource person.
• Strong follow-up on receivables and collections as per company trading terms.
• Excellent training skills.
• Field Person, strong leadership skills, solid sense of follow-up, self- initiative and creative thinker, people skills, high integrity and goal and team oriented.
• Must be university graduate, fluent in English and computer literate Excellent managerial skills in dealing with inter-company departments.
