Our Client, A leading company in Jordan, is looking for CEO’s Office Coordinator to be based in Amman – Jordan

Responsible for coordinating the meetings of the general administration and organizing the administrative affairs related to the department according to the work.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Collect data and information from the concerned departments and analyze them to prepare periodic reports
  2. Follow up the the meetings and ensure that the departments are completing the tasks assigned for them.
  3. Managing correspondence in the Office of Senior Management, and receiving and organizing incoming and outgoing mail.
  4. Answering phone calls and emails, and responding to inquiries received within the scope of responsibility.
  5. Preparing official books according to the approved procedures.
  6. Organize meetings and coordinate appointments, and ensure that all the necessary office supplies and electronic devices are available for administrative meetings in coordination with the concerned departments.
  7. Manage documents, organize paper and electronic files and ensure that important documents are saved in an organized and secure manner.
  8. Preparing periodic reports on completed work, and submitting proposals that contribute to enhancing the performance of departments, to be forwarded to the line
  9. Perform any tasks assigned within the scope of the role.

 

Required Competencies:

Education: Bachelor of Business Administration or related field

Experience: minimum 3-5 years of experience

 

Skills:

  • Ability to monitor, coordinate, and work in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle work pressure
  • Proficiency in using computers and job‑related software
  • Competence in preparing reports, reading them, and analyzing data
  • Capability to solve urgent problems and make decisions
  • Reliability and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality for both the company and its clients
  • Excellent organizational skills, coordination ability, and multitasking competence
  • High-level communication skills and the ability to communicate fluently in English
