Our search process is designed to deliver exactly the talent needed, as quickly as possible. As our client, you can expect personal attention during every phase of the search process, with a Single direct point of contact from start to finish. We'll conduct exploratory calls or visit your facilities to understand not just the position you want to fill, but your industry, your business and your corporate culture. Our Executive Search Consultants will follow this typical search process model:

  • JIG does not work with any Client without meeting face to face beforehand - this is the only way JIG can truly represent Clients effectively.
  • JIG does not send speculative CV’s – unlike other contingency recruiters, JIG only submit CV’s on shortlist, all of which have been qualified, verified and tested face to face.
  • JIG manages ALL salary negotiations – All negations are managed impartially so that the recruitment process itself does not hinder securing the best candidate.
  • JIG psychologically test every candidate and produce a report – This means Clients can target interviews specifically to possible concerns and skill gaps, finding the right person culturally becomes much easier!.
