Job Summary

reports directly to the CEO and oversees the overall financial health, tax compliance, and commercial strategy of the business. He / She will be tasked with optimizing margins across food production/manufacturing and guiding multi-branch or regional expansions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Commercial Leadership :

Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Analyze production costs (e.g., yield variance, batch costs) and review pricing policies to protect profitability.
Provide actionable financial data and recommendations to the Board and CEO.

Financial Operations & Controls:

Ensure compliance with Jordanian tax laws (Income and Sales Tax) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Supervise warehouse inventory, supply chain costing, and procurement metrics.
Manage cash flows, working capital, and banking facilities.

System Implementation

Spearhead the development of robust financial systems, such as implementing or optimizing ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Oversee point-of-sale (POS) and inventory integration across multi-locations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

Certifications: Professional qualifications such as a CPA, CMA, or CFA are highly preferred.

Experience: 15+ years of progressive financial leadership, with at least 3-5 years specifically as a CFO or Senior Finance Director within FMCG or F&B manufacturing.

Skills: Strong working knowledge of cost accounting, multi-currency regional compliance, and ERP systems. Language: Fluent in both Arabic and English.
