Oversees daily operations, staff training, inventory, and financial performance to ensure high-quality service and profitability. Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, for cafes or restaurants in areas like Amman.
• Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise employees on customer service, upselling techniques, and grooming standards.
• Quality & Safety Control: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Financial & Inventory Management: Manage budget, control food costs, and order inventory.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Experience: Proven experience (3+ years to 10+ years depending on seniority) in a restaurant or cafe management role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or Business Administration.
• Skills: Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills with proficiency in MS Office.
• Language: High proficiency in Arabic and English is often required.
