Our Client , A large KSA corporation is looking for Corporate Financial Advisor/Banking Relationship to be based in Riyadh – KSA and reports to Group CFO
involves managing high-level banking relationships, securing debt financing (including Shariah-compliant products), and optimizing capital structure. Key duties include managing treasury, cash flow, and financial modeling for large investments, typically requiring 5+ years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking.

Key Responsibilities
• Banking Relations: Manage relationships with key bank stakeholders to support corporate treasury and project financing needs.
• Debt Structuring: Lead the origination and execution of debt financing transactions, including sukuk issuances and bank facilities.
• Capital Structure: Advise on optimal credit scaling and capital structure to support business growth.
• Financial Modeling: Develop and update financial models and scenarios to inform strategic decisions.
• Treasury Management: Oversee liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and financial risk mitigation.
Key Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA/CFA preferred).
• Experience: 5-10+ years in corporate finance, investment banking, or debt advisory, particularly within construction, energy, or large-scale development sectors.
• Skills: Strong understanding of debt instruments, financial modelling, and negotiation skills.
• Language: Fluency in English and Arabic is often required for navigating local financial markets.
