Our Client , A leading Company in Jordan , is looking for Deputy General Manager to be based in KSA – Riyadh and reports to CEO

 

Main Purpose of the Role :

 

To support the General Manager / CEO by overseeing the company’s operations and ensuring execution of set plans to meet strategic goals whether financial or operational and continuously plan to increase the company’s market share in the local market.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Overall management of company’s activities and performance.
  • Analyze and periodically report on company’s performance.
  • Build and maintain professional relations with both existing and potential clients.
  • Develop strong relationship with all departments.
  • Oversee the daily activities of all departments; Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Sales, etc. to ensure alignment with business plans.
  • Ensure all departments are executing set business plans to meet their targets and overall company’s targets.
  • Provide guidance to company’s departments on potential corrective actions to align with company’s overall targets and plans.
  • Expand client base in the market and increase market share.
  • Analyze local market and client needs to ensure sales growth.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on company’s performance with suggested actions to ensure meeting the targets, client satisfaction, expanding clients’ base and potentially grow sales.
  • Ensure collection of invoices and maintain cash flow reports with Finance department.
  • Ensure company’s registrations and licenses are up-to-date and renewed as required.
  • Stay up to date with all local laws and legislations.
  • Ensure company’s compliance to all applicable laws and legislations
  • Build and maintain relationship with governmental entities.
  • Seek financial subsidies opportunities to support company’s growth and profitability.

 

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Qualifications : MBA, or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any majors related to such position with

proven relevant experience preferably in the BPO and contact center outsourcing industry.

Training & Certification : Six Sigma, COPC, are preferred but not required

Minimum Experience : 10+ years of experience at least 2 years in a similar role
