Our Client , A portfolio company operating in medical devices manufacturing and sales is looking to hire a Finance Manager in Jordan office.
The Finance Manager will lead a team of 4 accountants, and will be responsible for financial analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and special projects. The Finance Manager will provide the management team with accounting and financial advice to enable them to make sound business decisions throughout the organization
Responsibilities include:
· Providing and interpreting financial information;
· Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends;
· Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance;
· Analyzing change and advising accordingly;
· Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk;
· Formulating strategic and long-term business plans
· Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems;
· Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out;
· Managing Budgets
· Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines;
· Supervising team
Desired Skills and Experience:
· Previous experience as a Finance Manager
· Demonstrated success in persuasion, influence and negotiation skills
· Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
· Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical/scientific knowledge
· Good understanding of key financial metrics, and how they affect business driver
· Excellent in modeling and macro’s on excel

Competencies:
· Fluency in Arabic and English
· Computer literate
· University degree from an accredited institution
· Professional Certificate such as CPA, CFA, CIMA preferred
