Our client , a leading Bank in Jordan , is looking for GM – Leasing , Reports to CEO

 

Job Purpose :

 

Participate in the development of the general strategy and target budgets of the company in line with its objectives, and follow-up achievement and achieve the objectives through directing sales efforts to sell financial leasing products and products of the company offered and to ensure the level of service provided to customers by supervising the implementation of the concerned administrative and financial tasks entrusted to them To ensure that the company's work is carried out with the required efficiency and in accordance with the instructions.

 

Responsibilities :

  •  Participates in the preparation of a strategic vision and a plan of action to market financial leasing products and programs for various sectors in order to ensure the increase of the profits of the company.
  • Participates in defining the objectives of the company and sets the time plan for their implementation and distribute them to the relevant work units and monitor the stages of implementation.
  • Participates in the development of the estimated budget target of the company with the units concerned and oversee the implementation and follow-up and identify the reasons for deviation to address them and to achieve the figures set.
  • Oversees and manages the relationship with senior clients of the company and works to develop them and ensure that the handling of their inquiries and addresses the important complaints personally in the speed and efficiency required and supervised to meet their requests and provide the best service to them to raise the level of satisfaction and document their relationship with the company.
  • Oversees the preparation and realization of the marketing and sales plans of the company and is aware of the extent of achievement in its investigation and ensures the quality of service provided to customers to increase the profits of the company.
  • Review the credit transactions after confirming the confirmed recommendations regarding the completion of all data and documents and their conformity with the conditions and standards followed in the company and within the credit ceiling allowed in accordance with approved credit procedures and policies and approve them in accordance with the approved powers.
  • Meet periodically with the employees to pass the instructions and see the work progress and the latest achievements and to see any problems or obstacles may face them and coordinate them so that each of their respective responsibilities and carry out his specific responsibility in the light of the general policy of the company.
  • Review the reports related to the follow-up of the collection of the company's rights in the event of customers delaying payment of their obligations and learn about the legal procedures taken to collect the rights of the company and avoid any financial and moral losses.
  • Review the financial statements and reports of the company and any reports to reconcile the company's accounts with the bank and the external parties to spare the company any material or moral losses.
  • Oversees the management of marketing efforts to attract new customers from various sectors to increase the company's sales of leasing programs to increase the company's market share
  • Acquires market research and studies, including the activity of competitors and the various sectors, segments, products and services provided to each of them, and verifies his recommendations thereon and submits them to the direct supervisor.
  • Ensures the proper functioning of the company and that it is conducted in accordance with the policies, procedures and powers granted to preserve the rights of the company and customers.
  • Review the executive and monitoring statements according to their periodicity and take the necessary procedures in accordance with the approved work procedures to implement the work and achieve the control component of the operations.
  • Review the internal and external audit reports and follow up the processing of incoming observations in a radical way to prevent future recurrence.
 

Requrements :

 

1.    University degree in administrative sciences.
2.    Practical experience of not less than (12) years in the leasing of finance, including (7) years in an administrative position.
3.    Very good Command of English.
4.    Full knowledge of the services and products provided by the company.
5.    Direct sales and cross-selling skills.
6.    Management  and administrative skills.
7.    Knowledge of the banking market and different market sectors.
8.    Ability to analyze and make decisions.
9.    Ability to motivate and teamwork.
10.  Full knowledge of the policies and procedures governing the work and internal and external updates related to financial leasing.
11.  Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
12.  Ability to communicate and deal with others.
