Our Client , a leading Telecom Company in Jordan , is looking for HR Planning & Development Manager , reporting to Director - HR & Corporate Affairs and running the following areas : Performance Management , Engagement , Learning and Development and OD
This role is responsible for creating and maintaining the alignment between the HR practices and the company direction, in areas related to Organization development, Performance Management, talent and internal Culture
Responsibilities :
Exposure :
Lead the planning, development and implementation of the HR department strategy in coordination with other team members
Manage the Performance Management cycles
Manage the Organization Development activities
Provide Career Management and development solutions
Manage the HR KPI’s Reporting and information system
Manage the Learning and Development
Manage the Talent Management activities
Monitor and enhance inclusion behaviors in the workplace and take actions accordingly.
Act as a custodian for the Internal culture
Managerial responsibilities

Requirements :
Education:
BA in Business Administration or any related field. Master’s Degree is a plus
Knowledge OF:
Work Experience: a minimum of 8 to 10 years
