Our Client, A leading Fintech Company in KSA, is looking for IOS Engineers to work remotely out of Amman – Jordan.
We’re looking for a seasoned iOS engineer to design, build, and scale high‑quality iPhone/iPad applications. You’ll own features end‑to‑end, mentor peers, and help shape our mobile architecture and practices.

Key responsibilities;
- Design, develop, and maintain native iOS features using Swift and SwiftUI/UIKit.
- Own modules across the full lifecycle: technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Integrate with REST/GraphQL APIs; collaborate with backend, design, and product to ship outcomes, not just code.
- Ensure app performance, reliability, and accessibility; profile and optimize startup time, memory, and battery usage.
- Write robust unit/UI tests; maintain CI/CD pipelines and release processes via TestFlight and the App Store.
- Drive architectural decisions (modularization, async/await, concurrency, dependency injection).
- Review code, mentor mid/junior engineers, and contribute to coding standards and documentation.
- Monitor analytics and crash reports; iterate quickly based on data and user feedback.
- Champion security and privacy best practices for mobile (Keychain, secure storage, least privilege).
Required qualifications;
- 4–8 years professional iOS development experience with shipped apps in the App Store or enterprise distribution.
- Expert in Swift; strong knowledge of SwiftUI and/or UIKit, Auto Layout, and iOS Human Interface Guidelines.
- Solid grasp of concurrency (GCD, Operations, async/await), networking, persistence (Core Data/Realm/SQLite), and background tasks.
- Experience with app architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture), modular codebases, and package managers (SPM/CocoaPods).
- Proficient with Xcode, Instruments, and debugging/profiling tools.
- CI/CD experience (e.g., Xcode Cloud, Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise) and release management.
- Test automation (XCTest, XCUITest), feature flags, and analytics/crash reporting (Firebase, Sentry, etc.).
- Strong collaboration skills, product mindset, and ability to translate business goals into technical plans.
Nice to have;
- Experience with Combine, Reactor/Redux patterns, or reactive frameworks.
- App security, encryption, biometrics (Face ID/Touch ID), and secure networking (ATS, certificate pinning).
- Accessibility, internationalization/localization, and dynamic type expertise.
- Experience with Swift on server, watchOS, tvOS, or macOS Catalyst.
- Background in performance‑sensitive graphics/animations, Core Animation, or Metal.
- Familiarity with experimentation (A/B tests) and growth/engagement metrics.
Education;
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Success metrics (examples);
- Crash‑free sessions ≥ 99.5%.
- P95 app launch time and navigation latency targets met.
- Test coverage thresholds maintained; release cadence predictability.
- Feature delivery aligned with roadmap and measurable user impact.
