Job Summary :

 the IT Section Head / Manager in the Retail sector is a strategic role responsible for aligning technology initiatives with business growth, particularly in e-commerce, digital transformation, and in-store operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Technology Strategy & Governance: Developing IT strategies to improve retail operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Digital Transformation & E-commerce: Leading the digital evolution of retail platforms and enhancing online presence.
• Systems Management: Managing retail-specific technology, including POS systems, Sales Force Automation (SFA) solutions like INCUBE, and inventory systems.
• Leadership & Support: Leading technical teams to deliver, secure, and maintain IT infrastructure.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Leveraging data analytics for sales tracking, KPI management, and operational reporting.

Typical Qualifications

• Experience: Often requires 6–10+ years of experience, with a focus on Retail, FMCG, or Digital transformation environments.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, SAP is required
