Our client, A leading company in Jordan (Retail / Electronics), is looking for Marketing Manager to be based in Amman – Jordan and reports to CEO

The Marketing Manager for Retail, Omnichannel & Digital Marketing is a critical leadership role responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive sales, enhance brand presence, and create a seamless customer experience across physical retail stores and all digital platforms. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of the consumer electronics landscape, retail operations, and digital marketing ecosystems, with the ability to translate brand strategy into compelling in-store, online, and performance-driven marketing initiatives. The manager will be a key driver in increasing foot traffic, online engagement, customer acquisition, and ensuring a cohesive omnichannel brand message.

Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and executing comprehensive retail and digital marketing strategies designed to increase store traffic, online visibility, and sales conversion across all channels.
  2. Planning and implementing local store marketing campaigns, managing in-store promotions, and overseeing the creation of engaging visual merchandising and product display concepts for new electronics and gadgets.
  3. Leading digital marketing initiatives including paid media, social media marketing, email marketing, SEO/SEM, geo-targeted campaigns, and performance marketing to drive both online sales and offline store visits.
  4. Ensuring a unified and exceptional customer journey across physical and digital touchpoints, aligning messaging, promotions, and brand experience across all platforms.
  5. Collaborating closely with e-commerce, digital, and retail operations teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and consistent customer service standards.
  6. Managing integrated marketing campaigns for product launches and promotions, including the development of all marketing collateral (in-store signage, brochures, digital assets, website content, and social media materials).
  7. Analyzing sales data, digital performance metrics, customer insights, and foot traffic analytics to optimize marketing strategies, improve targeting, and maximize campaign ROI.
  8. Managing the retail and digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency, performance tracking, and measurable business impact.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  2. 7 – 10 years of marketing experience, with strong exposure to both retail and digital marketing.
  3. Proven experience managing marketing activities for a multi-location retail chain and digital platforms.
  4. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and performance optimization techniques.
  5. Deep understanding of the consumer electronics market and key competitors
