Our Client , A prominent Saudi Business Retailer with extensive Fresh Food , Bakery and Pastry Operations is looking for Plant Manager / Bakery to be based in Riyadh – KSA
Role Summary: Responsible for end-to-end management of the bakery manufacturing facility, covering production, maintenance, hygiene, and warehousing.

Key Responsibilities:
o Operations Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement.
o Production Management: Oversee large-scale production of bread, donuts, and viennoiserie.
o Quality & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with food safety, health, and environmental standards.
o Team Leadership: Lead and manage a large, multidisciplinary team, driving engagement and performance.
o Technical Oversight: Manage automation technologies (e.g., Rademaker, Rondo, Fritsch systems).
o Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with corporate teams and, if applicable, agricultural teams.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: 10+ years in industrial bakery manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of automated bakery production processes (Rondo, Fritsch).
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Language: English is required; Arabic is highly preferred.
• Location: Experience in the GCC, particularly Saudi Arabia, is advantageous.
