Our client; A leading F & B and Support Services Company in Jordan; is looking for Recruitment Manager to be based in Amman – Jordan and reports to Director of HR & Administrative Affairs

Job Summary :

Oversees the accuracy and correctness of implementing policies related to the recruitment process and the strategic planning of the operations, and works on improving existing work procedures in the interest of the organization.

 

Roles & Responsibilities :

  1. Manage all recruitment department procedures across all stages, starting from sourcing and selection up to hiring the candidate for the required position.
  2. Ensure that all technical tools needed by department employees are available so they can complete their tasks efficiently and effectively.
  3. Ensure that the competitive tests taken by job applicants are effective and conducted with credibility and transparency.
  4. Supervise department employees in performing their tasks and duties to meet quantitative and qualitative hiring requirements.
  5. Ensure that recruitment department outputs meet the required quality standards, achieve the set objectives, and help reduce employee turnover rates.
  6. Contribute to developing and improving sourcing, selection, and hiring procedures, and setting strategic plans for the department in alignment with the company’s goals.
  7. Follow up on updates issued by the Ministry of Labor and vocational training institutions, and collaborate with them regarding talent sourcing.
  8. Follow up on the participation of department employees in job fairs to attract suitable candidates for available vacancies.
  9. Study planned work programs and establish quantitative and qualitative performance measurement indicator.
  10. Follow up on feedback received from departments and applicants regarding recruitment procedures, and take necessary corrective and developmental actions.
  11. Submit periodic reports to the HR director regarding workflow and accomplished tasks.
  12. Evaluate department employees’ performance, motivate them continuously, and follow up on their training and skill development.
  13. Perform any other tasks assigned within the scope of the job role.

 

Responsibilities Against Food Safety Policy:

 

comply with and contribute to the implementation of the company’s food safety and general safety policies and procedures, according to job scope.

 

Required Competencies:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience : 7–10 years of experience
  • Training courses: Preferably courses in recruitment and human resources

 

Skills & Abilities :

  • Leadership and managerial skills with the ability to manage and control the work team
  • Ability to travel based on work requirements
  • Auditing and reviewing skills, with the ability to read reports and analyze data
  • Ability to manage risks and develop strategies to handle them effectively
  • Ability to work with computers and job-related software
  • Ability to solve urgent problems, make decisions, and propose alternative solutions
  • Ability to keep up with developments in the field of work and continuous improvement
  • Ability to follow up and manage time effectively
