Key Job Description Responsibilities
• Strategic Sales Leadership: Execute strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis, aiming for growth.
• Brand & Sales Management: Manage customer portfolios, analyze product performance, and monitor pricing.
• Planning & Ops: Contribute to annual sales plans and oversee daily sales/distribution activities.
• Customer Relations: Structure agreements, handle inquiries, and ensure 24-hour response times.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: Proven FMCG Sales/Brand Management experience.
• Leadership & Competencies: Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and team mentorship abilities.
• Skills: Data analysis, market intelligence, CRM, and negotiation.
